About Cat Conchas BSN, RN, PHN

As a former school nurse, I understand how to advocate for your child in educational settings and can help you build strong partnerships with teachers and staff.
I combine professional insight with personal experience, helping you cut through the overwhelm and focus on practical, effective solutions.
I've been surrounded by healthcare my whole life—my parents worked in hospice, and I started volunteering there as a toddler. I became a nurse in 2009 and have spent the last 15 years focused on supporting families—through clinic work, triage, school nursing, and now coaching. Along the way, I became a parent to three boys, one of whom has ADHD, and I’ve walked the often-overwhelming road of advocacy, support, and understanding.
My personal journey with anxiety, and undiagnosed ADHD, finally made sense after years of struggle. Getting the right diagnosis and support changed everything for me, and now I help parents and caregivers do the same—building confidence, clarity, and calm in the midst of chaos. I combine professional expertise with lived experience to guide others in creating healthier, more connected family lives.
I’ve been in your shoes—as a parent navigating ADHD, anxiety, and school challenges, I offer real-world strategies that work in everyday life.
With over 15 years in nursing, I bring trusted medical expertise to help you make confident, informed decisions about your family’s health.
I’ve walked the path from confusion to clarity, and I’m here to help you do the same—faster, with support, and without the guesswork.
