About Cat Conchas BSN, RN, PHN

Cat Conchas ADHD&Anxiety Coach

I’ve lived it—as a nurse with late-diagnosed ADHD, I understand the hidden struggles neurodivergent nurses face, from masking to burnout to imposter syndrome.

I combine evidence-based tools with lived insight, helping you manage your brain and your workload without sacrificing your well-being.

I’ve been in healthcare my entire life—starting as a toddler volunteering in hospice, then earning my nursing degree in 2009. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked in clinics, triage, and schools, always focused on supporting families. But my biggest shift came when I was diagnosed with ADHD, inattentive type, as an adult. After years of treatment for anxiety and depression, that diagnosis changed everything—suddenly, so many struggles made sense.

Now, I can clearly see how neurodivergence has shaped my personal life and my nursing career. I understand the exhaustion of masking, the overwhelm of trying to “do it all,” and the frustration of feeling out of step in a system that wasn’t built for our brains. I’m here to help other neurodivergent nurses stop doubting themselves and start building careers that actually work for them—with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

I’ve walked the path from surviving to thriving, and I’ll help you build a career that honors your strengths—not one that drains you.

You don’t have to do it alone—I offer judgment-free, neurodivergent-affirming support that helps you feel capable, confident, and in control.

You don't have to do this alone
