What's the difference between a program and a subscription?

Our programs are self-paced and packed with videos, articles, templates, and more to give you a deep dive into the subject. They have a set duration. Subscriptions, on the other hand, are for those who already get neurodiversity and their own challenges but need ongoing support. You'll get educational info during our 1:1 monthly calls, but there's no set schedule like with the programs.

What's included in the unlimited text support with subscriptions?

With our subscriptions, you can text or group chat with us as much as you need! We aim to respond super quickly. During business hours (Mon-Thurs 9 AM-7 PM CST), we'll get back to you within 4 hours. If you text outside these hours, we'll reply first thing the next business day. 📱

By purchasing or participating in MDC Life and Health LLC ("we", "us", or "our") coaching services, or using mdclifeandhealth.com (the "Site) and/or app, you ("Client" or "you") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Services Provided
Our coaching services include, but are not limited to, mindset coaching, health coaching, and coping strategies. These services are designed to provide guidance, education, and support. However, we do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes vary based on individual effort and other factors beyond our control.
No Guarantees or Warranties
We do not offer any guarantees or warranties regarding the success or outcomes of participating in our coaching programs. Results vary from client to client and depend on numerous factors, including but not limited to personal effort and external variables.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging in our coaching services, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are fully responsible for your own progress, actions, and results. You agree to communicate openly and honestly during coaching sessions. You will complete any assigned tasks or action items promptly and to the best of your ability. You agree that this is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or medical care.
Payment & Refund Policy
All coaching fees must be paid in full before services begin unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with the services, we encourage you to communicate your concerns so that we may work together to find a resolution. If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all payments, regardless of whether you continue participation in the program.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
To reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. In the event that we need to reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date and time.
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law. We may share general success stories for marketing purposes, but will not disclose personally identifiable information without your consent.
Intellectual Property
Any materials, resources, or frameworks provided during coaching sessions are considered our intellectual property. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate coaching services if:
The client is found to be disruptive, uncooperative, or in breach of these terms. If non-payment occurs.

***If services are terminated due to a breach of these terms, no refunds will be issued.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching services provided.

Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, family emergencies or any other events that are not reasonably foreseeable or controllable.
Indemnification
By participating in our coaching services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MDC Life & Health LLC their affiliates, and their employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your participation in the coaching services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Anoka County, Minnesota, USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Anoka County, Minnesota, USA, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Anoka County, Minnesota, USA.
