IF this sounds like you...
You might be in the right place if...
-
You work in healthcare and feel constantly exhausted from trying to seem "normal"
-
You suspect you may be neurodivergent-or know you are-but don't feel supported at work
-
You struggle with rigid systems, overstimulation, or expectations that don't match how your brain works
-
You've quietly wondered if choosing healthcare was a mistake-even though you care deeply and have invested so much
-
You don't want another thing to "fix"-you want understanding, validation, and real support
You are not broken
You are NOT broken. The system wasn't built with neurodivergent brains in mind.
What Changes When You're Supported?
-
Feeling validated instead of questioning yourself
-
Less stress from masking and forcing yourself to fit
-
Greater confidence in how your brain works
-
Practical ways to navigate healthcare systems more sustainably
-
A sense of belonging-finally not doing this alone
What this is...
-
Supportive coaching and guidance
-
Evidence-informed and grounded in lived experience
-
A cost-effective, accessible starting point
-
Designed specifically for neurodivergent healthcare professionals
What this is NOT...
-
Not medical care
-
Not therapy
-
Not a replacement for diagnosis, or treatment, when needed
Many clients use this support alongside therapy or medical care-or as a first step while they figure out what they need.

Support from Someone Who Understands Healthcare-and Neurodivergence
I'm a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience in healthcare-and lived experience navigating neurodivergence in systems that weren't designed for it.

I created this space because I saw too many skilled, compassionate healthcare professionals blaming themselves for burnout, overwhelm, and exhaustion (myself included)-when what they were missing was understanding and support.

My work combines evidence-based principles, lived experience, and deep respect for the complexity of healthcare roles
